Terms & Conditions

By engaging with TU Tech Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are intended to ensure clear communication, protect both parties, and provide a smooth, professional workflow from start to finish.


1. Project Scope & Quotation

  • Every project starts with a formal quotation that clearly defines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and total cost.

  • Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • Any additional requirements or changes to the scope post-approval will be quoted and billed separately.


2. Approval & Payment Policy

  • Once a quotation is approved by the client and work has commenced, the payment becomes non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • This policy exists because resources, planning, and time are allocated immediately upon project initiation.

  • Work begins only after the agreed advance payment is received.

  • Delayed payments beyond scheduled milestones may lead to project suspension or termination without refund.


3. Deliverables & Ownership

  • All deliverables will align with the final approved scope shared at the start of the project.

  • Final files, access credentials, or licenses will only be handed over upon receipt of full and final payment.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of completed work is transferred to the client, except for third-party licensed materials.


4. Revisions & Modifications

  • Reasonable revisions are included as per the scope outlined in the quotation.

  • Requests that go beyond the agreed number of revisions or outside the original scope will incur additional charges.

  • Changes requested after project completion or delivery will be treated as new tasks.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide timely content, feedback, approvals, and other materials needed for smooth project execution.

  • Delays in providing these materials may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of TU Tech Solutions.


6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

  • All original work created by TU Tech Solutions for the client becomes the client’s property upon full payment.

  • TU Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase the work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary and sensitive business information exchanged during the course of the project.


8. Website, App, and Software Security

  • TU Tech Solutions follows best practices to ensure the security and performance of websites, applications, and software.

  • However, we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, user mishandling, or client-side changes after delivery.


9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once a quotation is approved and work has started, all payments made are strictly non-refundable.

  • If the client chooses to cancel the project midway, TU Tech Solutions will deliver only the portion of work completed up to that point.

  • In the event of cancellation by TU Tech Solutions due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued for incomplete, unpaid work.


10. Post-Delivery Support

  • Standard support post-launch is available for a fixed duration (as defined in your package).

  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support are available at additional cost and must be agreed upon separately.
